1. Incoloy 825 mesh Description
Incoloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium. It has high nickel content, sufficient to resist chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and a very stable austenite structure. The levels of molybdenum and copper enable the alloy to resist reducing agents and acids.
The outstanding property of Incoloy 825 is its corrosion resistance in both reducing & oxidizing conditions. Incoloy 825 resists general corrosion, pitting & crevice corrosion, inter granular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
2. Incoloy 800/800H/800HT mesh Description:
Incoloy 800H/HT alloy Mesh was intended for high temperature structural applications. The general corrosion resistance is excellent. In the solution annealed condition, alloys 800H and 800HT wire have superior creep and stress rupture properties.
Incoloy 800 H/HT mesh are developments of Incoloy 800, which give better performance at high temperature. ASME design codes give significantly higher design strengths for Incoloy H and HT than Incoloy 800 and allow their use to higher temperatures. AS1210 pre-qualifies Incoloy 800 for use to 800oC. For optimum stress rupture properties or for pressure vessel service above 815oC, Incoloy 800H or Incoloy 800HT should be used.
3. Incoloy 926 mesh Description
Incoloy 926 Mesh is an austenitic stainless steel alloy has a similar chemical composition with 904L alloy, its nitrogen content is 0.2%, molybdenum content is 6.5%.
