1.Inconel 718 Mesh Description
Inconel 718 wire mesh/screen is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy designed to resist a wide range of severely corrosive environments, pitting and crevice corrosion. Inconel 718 wire mesh/ screen also display exceptionally high yield, tensile, and creep-rupture properties at high temperatures up to 1300̊F (704̊C).
2. Inconel X-750 Mesh Description
Inconel X-750 wire mesh/ screen is precipitation-hardenable alloy which has been used in applications such as high temperature structural members for gas turbines, jet engine parts, nuclear power plant applications, heat-treating fixtures, forming tools, and extrusion dies. Alloy is highly resistant to chemical corrosion and oxidation and has high stress-rupture strength and low creep rates under high stresses at temperatures up to 1500 ºC (816 ºC) after suitable heat treatment.
3. Inconel 725 Mesh Description
Inconel 725 mesh is nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy that is highly resistant to corrosion and age harden-able for extremely high strength. Inconel 725 mesh is resistant to hydrogen embrittlement and stress-corrosion cracking. Used for hangers, landing nipples, side pocket mandrels, polished bore receptacles in sour gas service and high-strength fasteners in marine applications.
4. Inconel 722 Mesh Description
Inconel 722 Mesh is made of nickel-chromium alloy that shares many of the same properties as other Inconel alloys. It demonstrates a high level of resistance to various forms to corrosion. It also has the capacity to remain effective at extremely high temperatures. Inconel 722 Mesh can withstand the stress caused by several types of acids, which has made it a common metal in the chemical industry.
5. Inconel 706 Mesh Description
Inconel alloy 706 wire mesh screen is a precipitation-harden able alloy that provides high mechanical strength in combination with good fabric ability. The characteristics of the alloy are similar to those of Inconel alloy 718 except that inconel alloy 706 wire mesh screen is more readily fabricated, particularly by machining corrosion. The primary precipitation-hardening constituents of the alloy are columbium and titanium.
The aluminum content also contributes to the hardening response. The precipitation-hardening system in Inconel alloy 706 Wire Mesh provides the desirable characteristic of delayed hardening response during exposure to precipitation temperatures. This characteristic gives the alloy excellent resistance to post weld strain-age cracking.
6. Incoloy 617 Mesh Description
Inconel 617 wire mesh screen are a solid-solution, nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy with an exceptional combination of high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. Inconel alloy 617 wire mesh screen also has excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive environment, and it is readily formed and welded by conventional techniques.
7. Inconel 625 Mesh Description
Inconel 625 wire mesh screen is a Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy with high strength at elevated alloy with temperatures, combined with outstanding corrosion resistance. . It has the best all-round combination of strength and corrosion resistance of the Inconel family of alloys. 8. Inconel 601 Mesh Description
Inconel 601 Mesh Screen is a solid solution nickel chromium heat resisting alloy which gives outstanding performance at temperatures up to about 1260oC. Inconel 601 wire has excellent resistance to high temperature oxidation, a general purpose material for applications where heat and corrosion resistance are the primary considerations.
Inconel 601 Mesh Screen also has excellent corrosion resistance to the mineral acids, sodium hydroxide solutions and because of the high nickel content good resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking.
9. Inconel 600 Mesh Description
Inconel 600 Wire Mesh Screen is a nonmagnetic, nickel-based high temperature alloy possessing an excellent combination of high strength, hot and cold workability, and resistance to ordinary form of corrosion. This alloy also displays good heat resistance and freedom from aging or stress corrosion throughout the annealed to heavily cold worked condition range.
