Manufacture Process of Nickel 233 Wire Mesh / Screen :
1. Forming: Conventional cold and hot forming methods may be employed with this alloy. Full annealing after work is required to reattain maximum properties.
2. Welding: Nickel 233 wire may be welded, soldered or brazed using most conventional processes. Clean and remove all foreign objects prior to welding to assure maximum weld integrity.
3. MachinabilityBehaves like the other 99% nickel content alloys. Nickel 233 wire is machinable by conventional means, but "gummy" in behavior. Rigid tooling and aggressive feed rates assist in good machining.
