Electro Galvanized Wire, also called Electro Galvanized Iron Wire and Electro GI Wire, is one of our most important Galvanized Wire product. Shineyond can offer this kind of wire at diameter from 0.14mm to 5.0mm that made from mild steel wire and carbon steel wire. The wire finds popular applications in construction, wire nail making, wire rope making, binding of flower, and wire mesh weaving. We produce superior Electric Galvanized Wire with careful control of every processes from steel rod coil, wire drawing, annealing, rust removing, acid washing, boiling, drying and galvanizing to wire coiling. During the production process, we use lead annealing instead of oil fired furnace. We offer thinner electro galvanized wires down to BWG 5# or up to BWG 28#. The zinc coating is highly resistant to moisture and mechanical damage than other surface coatings and has a very bright and smooth surface finish.
